Garrison Wynn, CSP
Keynote Safety Speaker
With talents that established him as a Fortune 500 leader and professional stand-up comedian, Garrison Wynn, CSP, fuses comic timing and research to show how anyone can help create a culture of safety. He is authentic – a guy who's been there. Wynn is a chemical plant explosion survivor with a background in industrial instrumentation. For 20 years, he has given keynote presentations to clients such as Exxon, BASF, the National Safety Council, Behavioral Science and Technology (BST), the NFL, and NASA. He is the author of the Amazon bestseller The Real Truth about Success, the Amazon #1 bestseller The Cowbell Principle, and has been a weekly contributor to the Washington Post and featured in Forbes and Inc. Magazines. In his teens, he debuted the world’s first video gaming system (Odyssey) with baseball legend Hank Aaron; and as a young man, Wynn spent six years touring comedy clubs with the top names in the business before going on to create industrial products still being sold in 30 countries.
Robin Luo, CPCU, ARe

Robin leads IoT (Internet of Things) sensor innovation and commercialization programs at Hartford Steam Boiler (HSB). He is involved in product and service development, commercial strategy development, and customer engagement. Robin started his career at HSB 16 years ago. He has held various positions with increasing responsibilities in the areas of risk modeling, corporate underwriting, enterprise risk management, and technology & insurance innovation.
Robin will be delivering an engaging presentation around IoT and its potential to transform the insurance industry. He will outline how loss control professionals can best leverage IoT technologies and what real time sensor data can mean to a loss control professional, while also providing a variety of case studies and success stories.
Vice President and Customer Experience Officer, Texas Mutual Insurance Company
Woody Hill is the Vice President and Customer Experience Officer with Texas Mutual Insurance Company, the state’s leading provider of workers’ compensation insurance. In this role, Woody serves as a customer advocate, partnering with leaders across all business units to transform the customer experience and ensure that customers are at the center of every business decision. Prior to his current position, he led the Safety Services division of Texas Mutual Insurance Company since 2013. Prior to that, he served as vice president of loss control for EIG Insurance Services, a publicly traded P&C insurer in California specializing in workers’ compensation. He previously was assistant vice president, loss control for ABD Insurance and Financial Services. Hill first became passionate about workplace safety while serving as an associate industrial hygienist for the California Division of Occupation Safety and Healthy (Cal/OSHA), a position he held for more than 11 years. Hill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and environmental science from Eastern Kentucky University. Woody will be leveraging his extensive experience to deliver a presentation regarding innovation and the customer experience.

The RCT team will be delivering four feature spotlight presentations. These presentations highlight best practices and use cases for existing features within the RCT platform in order to assist our customers in maximizing the value they receive from the system.
Rapid Requirement Sessions
The RCT team will deliver three rapid requirement sessions. During these sessions we will introduce a new feature in the product roadmap and solicit feedback from our clients on how they envision leveraging these concepts for their businesses.
Line of Business Breakout Sessions
The event will include breakout sessions by line of business for facilitated discussions regarding issues pertinent to each line.
